Guest list: how to make one and track who's coming
A guest list has two halves: deciding who to invite and knowing who's coming. The first is up to you. The second takes one link.

How to build your guest list
- Start with the limit. The venue and the budget tell you how many people fit; the list comes after.
- Split it into groups: family, friends, work, school. It's easier to see where to cut.
- Count plus-ones and kids. One invitation can mean two, three or four people.
- Set an RSVP date and collect replies with a link, so the headcount adds up on its own.
Wedding guest list
Send invitations 6 to 8 weeks ahead, with save-the-dates earlier for out-of-town guests, and set the RSVP date 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding. Close to the day, your venue and caterer will ask for a final headcount.
With the Big Event Pass, the same list works at the door on the day.

Frequently asked questions
How do I count plus-ones?
When guests reply, they say how many people are coming with them. The total is added up on the list.
Can one list cover several group chats?
Yes. The same link works in every chat and group, and all replies land on the same list.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. They open the link on their phone, choose Going, Maybe or Can't go and say how many people they're bringing. It takes less than a minute.
Is it free?
Creating the list is free and guests never pay. The first replies are free; for unlimited replies you buy the Single Event Pass in the app: a one-time purchase on Google Play or the App Store that doesn't renew and lasts until 30 days after the event.
